3. Payment and Fees
- Payments for consultations are made online through our payment gateway in EUR.
- Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
- We prioritize the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Healink.ca is not responsible for any decisions made based on the second opinions provided by our doctors.
- Users should consult with their local healthcare providers before making any medical decisions.
6. Amendments
- Healink.ca reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
7. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a 100% penalty charge
- To return your wallet balance, submit your request through support.
8. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling an appointment is only possible up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling will not be allowed within 1 hour of the appointment.
