- Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

7. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a 100% penalty charge
- To return your wallet balance, submit your request through support.
